Personal training purchases

Single PT sessions cost £49.99. A block of ten costs £449.99. Your purchase covers the training sessions; it does not reserve a particular appointment time.

Arranging your sessions

Single sessions and blocks run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at TEAMZPT in Birmingham. After payment, send your session preferences with your order number. The team will contact you to agree your appointments. If you need a specific time, check with the team before buying.

Training expiry

A single session must be used within 30 days of purchase. A block of ten must be completed within 10 weeks of purchase.

Changes and questions

For cancellations, rescheduling or refund questions, contact TEAMZPT on +44 7538 786146 and provide your order number. No money-back results guarantee is currently offered on this website.

Other offers

Private transformation programmes are available by application. Retail products, online training and digital guides remain enquiry-only or coming soon; do not make payment for them through this website.
